Sec3 Adventure Camp 2010 ♥!

everyone was so hyper! many cheers, dances and songs!

campfire was the best!
i didn't feel embarrassed or lame when we danced to High School Musical. it's nice being shameless once in a while.

i wanted to try many activities but i didn't have the courage to put the harness on.
but, i did try abseiling! (i have something to tell my grandchildren now!) it was so damn scary at first, the steps up to the building were made of metal, like wire mesh style. i can see the ground floor from the top. :S it was so much fun in the end though. i wanna go again!

anyway, here's a part of the 3H 2010 cheer, (i think it went something like that),

Rob was on just now, he looked really emotional.

they showed videos of what was going on there. it was so sad. but, the Haitians have a lot of faith. people are still being rescued out from under the rubble today.

he's gonna be one of the presenters for Hope for Haiti.
i can't wait to see him! i wonder what's he gonna wear? did he shave for the show? has he gained some new mini muscles? ahhhh! <3333! can't wait!

anyways, many stars were approached (or something) for this show because they want people to gain more awareness of what's happening in Haiti and also to want people to donate more.

it's really sad actually, so many people lost their lives and many were left homeless. it would take them years to rebuild the country.

also, my class is so quiet. sometimes i like it, sometimes i don't, but i would say that it's quite a good learning environment though. i can pay more attention when the teacher is speaking but what's not good is that there are so little class discussions.

went to Orchard to usher in the new year with E, S and WJ. had an awesome time! :D we all got a temporary tattoo at Orchard Cineleisure. the guys over at the temp. tattoo booth were really friendly. took a few photos with them. ~~shall upload them later in the afternoon.~~ :) we also ended up counting down over there since we were kinda too late to get over to Vivo.
there was this band playing covers outside Cineleisure, they were really screamo but i kinda liked it. i could feel the beat in my heart. :)

so, on christmas day, i went to watch Sherlock Holmes. it was awesome. i find too many movies awesome. but seriously, it was nice. i like Watson more than Holmes. don't ask why, cuz i don't really know too.

and on saturday, which was just a few hours ago, i went out with my primary school buddies. my legs were so sore from walking around 313@Somerset. Eunice busted most of her pay buying clothes. I didn't get much stuff though. :) went over to Plaza Sing after 313. bought some other stuff and had dinner before going home.
it has been so long since the 4 of us went out together, it was great catching up again. :D

later today, i'm going to the converse warehouse sale and also to Eunice's house. :) i didn't manage to go to the sale on friday.

went over to Gene's house to celebrate an early christmas yesterday. :D
we exchanged gifts and ordered McDonald's for lunch and we talked and i tried to spell blood with my fingers but i couldn't.

i saw these online and wondered what was it like to buy a guitar from some random fair or something. i think it would be interesting, playing some cheap guitar with horrid (maybe, maybe not) sounds.
but the point is that the guitar would be yours to make horrible music with and be proud of even though it sucks because, it is your guitar and fingers that did that.

i don't think you guys get what i mean.

another explanation,
i have 2 normal/acoustic/classical/whatever you call them guitars but i hardly play them even though one of them sound good. reason: people passed them down to me.
but, if i have one of those guitars i think i would start playing it once i lay my eyes on it after i get home from school or anywhere. because, it is my very own, not passed down or anything. my very one to make horrible covers and meddle around with.

so yea, i would definitely get one if there are fairs/markets (not the type of markets that us singaporeans go to buy breakfast/vegetables/meat/eggs etc.) in singapore selling guitars like that.

here's how it started (this is gonna be a long post, so watch out),
i met Yuyun at compasspoint around noon, we bought Mr.Bean and took a bus to Joanna's house to do up to board for Georgina's birthday.

since we only knew the block that Joanna lives in and not the level, we decided to have some fun by searching every floor. Yuyun and I searched the whole block twice and we couldn't find her door. who knew, Joanna repainted her door...
at her house, we did the board, used the laptop and meddled with the piano.

after all that, we took a bus to Georgina's house to surprise her. when she reached home from training, we attacked her with the silly string spray thingy. hahahah. i think she got shocked.
anyway, after she bathed and stuff, we went out to compasspoint to eat before going to Cathay to watch NewMoon.

in the middle of NewMoon, somehow, we started slapping each others' legs. it was funny. it sort of continued throughout the movie. nearing the end, i noticed something, Taylor Lautner has small nipples!!! ahahhaha!

when the movie ended, we clapped and i couldn't resist so, i half-shouted "Jacob has small nipples!" no one heard me so, no harm done. (:

since it was kinda late when the movie ended, we decided to go home.

yesterday was a fun day indeed. :D

went over to my cousin's to play in the early afternoon. wenqi, a mutual friend, was there too.
we played water bombs on the carpark's top level. it was insane and fun.
we went to cvss after a bath and a lunch while wenqi went home.

goddammit. the school sucks. why do we have to wear uniforms just to find out the appeal's results.

okay whatever, shall talk about that later.
so since i couldn't go in, my cousin and i went over to Daiso @ Rivervale Mall to get stuff. walking there was fun, we laughed a lot. i think we looked like loonies for a moment or so. hahaha.

anyway, back to the appeal.
i couldn't get into the school cause i was wearing home clothes. but nevermind, i asked my mother to call to ask. and so it seems, the appeal was unsuccessful. i didn't really feel sad or anything when i found out. but if i dwell, it's a whole different story.

see, H has many doubles to help me. but I has triple science, and i need to take that in order to a doctor in the future. yet again, in H, i can be a research scientist for cures for different diseases/sicknesses in the future because there's chemistry.
but the main point is that i want to be a doctor of some sort, to be specific an anthropologist or a coroner.

sigh, should i further appeal?
fuck! why do we need to make such important decisions at such a young age.

so, i didn't stay over at my cousin's house during the weekends.
felt too lazy to drag myself out. but we went to watch a movie on monday.

i have so many things to post.

on monday, i went back to my primary school. met up with many friends there. caught up a lot. nice chat we had at kfc. :D

on tuesday, had a headache in the morning. very grumpy in the evening. everything alright at night.

today, i sort of planned my holidays already. it's kinda fully packed. but things can still be squeezed in.
